摘要
目的规范静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)药师建立主动药学服务模式。方法收集整理本院2012~2014年PIVAS医生用药咨询记录,并进行分析。结果内科咨询166例,占69.17%;外科咨询74例,占30.83%。内外科咨询类型百分比排序依次为:药物配伍禁忌、溶媒类型、溶媒量、给药频次、给药剂量、给药顺序、终浓度、其他。结论PIVAS药师可采用主动交流方式,有效的与临床医生沟通,提高药学服务水平。
Objective To standardize active pharmaceutical service mode in pharmacy intravenous admixture service center (PIVAS) pharmacists. Methods Medication consultation records of PIVAS doctors were collected in our hospital during 2012-2014 for analysis. Results There were 166 consultation cases in internal medicine department, accounting for 69.17%, and 74 consultation cases in surgery department, accounting for 30.83%. The ordered proportion of consultation in internal medicine department and surgery department were drug incompatibility, menstruum type, menstruum dosage, medication frequency, medication dosage, medication sequencel final concentration, and etc. Conclusion PIVAS pharmacists can implement active communication mode with clinical doctors, in order to improve pharmaceutical service level.
