摘要
目的通过探讨中医辨证治疗咽源性咳嗽的临床疗效,旨在为提高治疗有效率提供理论依据。方法 170例咽源性咳嗽患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,各85例。对照组患者给予雾化吸入普米克令舒治疗,研究组患者给予中医辨证法治疗,对比两组患者治疗效率。结果研究组患者咳嗽、咽痒、咽痛、干呕临床症状积分显著低于对照组,治疗总有效率为94.12%,显著优于对照组82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证治疗咽源性咳嗽能显著改善临床症状并提高治疗有效率,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of pharyngeal source cough, in order to provide theoretic reference for improving effective rate.Methods A total of 170 patients with pharyngeal source cough were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 85 cases in each group. The control group received aerosol inhalation of pulmicort respules for treatment, and the research group received traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation for treatment. Effective rates of the two groups were compared.Results The research group had remarkably lower scores of clinical symptoms of cough, pharyngeal itch, pharyngalgia, and vomiturition than the control group. The research group also had much better total effective rate as 94.12% than 82.35% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of pharyngeal source cough can improve clinical symptoms and effective rate. It is worth clinical application.
