摘要
加入欧盟是包括克罗地亚在内的中东欧国家共同的"欧洲梦"。但在20世纪90年代,克罗地亚的"欧洲梦"却一度笼罩在"巴尔干化"的阴影下。为了实现"欧洲梦",克罗地亚必须通过改革接受欧盟的标准和机制,这个过程被称为"欧洲化"。克罗地亚实现"欧洲梦"的过程一波三折,但"欧洲化"是克罗地亚向现代化国家转型的必由之路。克罗地亚入盟对欧盟、克罗地亚以及整个西巴尔干地区都产生了重要影响。入盟两年多来的实践证明:"欧洲梦"的实现并非"欧洲化"的终点,而是克罗地亚全面深化改革的新起点。
Joining the EU has been the 'Europe dream' for all CEE countries including Croatia.But in the 1990 s,Croatia's Europe dream was blocked by tension between Croatia and the EU due to Balkanization.In order to become a full member of the EU,Croatia has to adopt EU's standard and mechanism,namely Europeanization which is essential for Croatia to realise modernization.Croatia's accession to the EU has produced impacts on both the EU and Croatia as well as the rest of the Western Balkans.For the future,Croatia is still on the way to Europeanization despite its Europe dream has come true.
