摘要
绩效评价方法选择与应用是绩效评价的重点和难点,也是绩效管理中一个技术性很强的问题。人力资源管理专家学者发明了一系列的评价方法,如量表法、目标管理法、比较法、描述法等等,这些方法各有优缺点和适合于不同的评价对象和评级目的。但对于什么样的组织使用什么样的绩效评价方法,并没有定论。本文基于威尔逊的机构管理理论,创造性的构建了绩效评价方法与组织类型匹配的管理方格理论。
It is important and difficult component in theory of performance evaluation that to choosing performance evaluation methods and which is application,it also a highly technical matter in performance management theory. The HR’s experts and scholars had invited series methods to evaluate the perform-ance,such as method of scaling,Management By Object (MBO),comparison methods and descriptive methods and the likes. Those such methods has their advantages and disadvantages which were suitable for different objects and rating purposes. However,there is no definite conclusion that what kind of evaluation methods organization can choose for solving their specific internal problem. Thus according to Wilson ’s Organization management theory,this study creatively established a managerial square theory to use in per-formance evaluating and organization styles matching.
