摘要
大学生党建工作是高等学校党建工作的重要组成部分。笔者深入分析了当前高校大学生党建工作面临的形势,从重视程度不够高、工作机制不顺畅、工作队伍不稳定、模范作用不显著和党员发展欠规范等方面分析了当前大学生党建工作存在的问题,提出加强工作领导、加强队伍建设、加强物质保障、规范发展程序和加强工作考核等五项政策建议。
Party construction among the University students＇ is an important section of the party construction in universities. The writer makes an analysis about the problems in party construction among the University students＇ from the following aspects： the situations nowadays, less attention paid, unsmooth working system, unsteady working Staff, less influence and less regulations, and brings forth the following five suggestions： strengthening leader-ship, enhancing the construction about the working staff, providing more material guarantee, regulating the procedures and strengthening the evaluation about the working efficiency.
