摘要
为了解烤烟-柠檬草间套作系统中柠檬草对烤烟的化感影响,本研究用3个不同质量浓度(12.5,25.0,50.0 mg/m L)柠檬草(Cymbopogon citratus)浸提液及对照(0 mg/m L)共4个处理,对烤烟种子的萌发、幼苗和植株的生长进行化感作用试验。结果表明,低质量浓度浸提液能够降低烤烟种子的发芽势,但不影响发芽率,对幼苗和植株生长的影响均不显著;高质量浓度浸提液能够明显或完全抑制烤烟种子的萌发,也能明显抑制烤烟幼苗和植株的生长。研究结果对柠檬草与烤烟或其他植物的间套种栽培有重要的理论和实践意义。
For exploring the allelopathic effect of Cymbopogon citratus on tobacco in their intercropping system, this research used three treatments with different concentration (12.5, 25.0, 50. 0 mg/mL) of C. citratus aqueous extract and the control (0 mg/mL) to study their allelopathic effect on seed ger- mination, growth of seedling and plant of tobacco. The results showed that the lower concentration of aqueous extract could inhibit seed germination energy, and it had no influence to the final germination percentage and no significant difference between treatment and control on the growth of seedling and plant. The higher concentration of aqueous extract could inhibit seed germination significantly even to 0 when the concentration was up to 50 mg/mL, while it could inhibited the growth of seedling and plant significantly. This research has theoretic and practical significance to explore the intercropping between C. citratus and tobacco or other plants.
