摘要 基于"旺格维利"采煤法,提出了极不规则形状条件下的边角煤连续采煤机短壁机械化开采方法,优化并解决主运输、电缆收放、采硐通风以及行走支架等工艺技术在现场应用中存在的问题,研究结果表明:采用刮板输送机作为连运系统长距离运输(>120m)辅助设备、将胶带刚性架移动方式变滑动为滚动等方法优化主运输工艺后,单月掘进进尺由192m提高至363.5m;选择合理支护阻力的行走支架,采用贴顶带压移动方式,对破碎顶板进行有效不间断临时支护,实现安全作业;将人工收放电缆改为单轨吊式,降低了电缆故障率,提高了生产效率;采用连续采煤机自带集尘风箱产生负压作用,形成采硐风流,可以大大改善采硐内通风环境。 Based on Wongawilli coal mining method,proposed a mechanized short- wall mining method with continuous miner for extremely irregular shape boundary coal,and optimized the processes of main transportation,cable technology,boardroom ventilation and pedrail powered supports. The results of the study showed that: after using scraper conveyor as auxiliary equipment for long distance( 120m) continuous transport and changing the moving mode of belt rigid frame from sliding to rolling,monthly footage raised from 192 m to 363. 5m; pedrail powered support with the reasonable support resistance can be moved with load and realizing effective uninterrupted temporary support for broken roof,to ensure safe operation; using monorail to retract cable instead of humane labor to reduce failure rate of cable, and improve the production efficiency; utilizing the negative pressure generated by the dust bellows of continuous miner to create airflow in mining tunnel,greatly improving the ventilation environment.
