摘要
9608聚合物防水防腐涂料采用多种高分子乳液及钛、硅材料、多种颜料、助剂等混合而成,该涂料附着在混凝土表面所形成的聚合物涂层有着优异的防水抗裂性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、抗冲击性、耐候性、抗碳化性,且具极高的新老混凝土的黏结强度。笔者通过工程实践,对该技术的施工工艺、技术重难点和工程效果进行了总结分析。
9608 polymer waterproof anti-corrosion coating is made of various polymer emulsions,titanium,silicon materials,various pigments,additives,etc.The polymer coating formed by the coating on the surface of concrete has excellent waterproof and crack resistance,corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance,impact resistance,weather resistance,carbonation resistance,and extremely high bond strength between new and existing concrete.The author analyzes and summarizes the construction process,technical keys and difficulties as well as project effect of the technology through engineering practice.
