摘要
北京钢铁学院是新中国初期成立的单科性工业学院的典型代表,文章总结了北京钢铁学院(1952—1966年)人才培养的"市长现象"教育现象,并从五个方面阐述了产生这一教育现象和人才现象的原因。
Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology is a typical representative of the single industrial at the initial stage of new China. The paper summarizes the ＂mayor phenomenon＂of Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel Technology in personnel training and describes the cause of this phenomenon from five aspects.
