摘要
根据串级控制方式在大唐黄岛发电厂脱硝喷氨系统中的应用简单介绍了燃煤电厂脱硝工艺、串级控制系统基本原理,并在串级控制的基础上设计了脱销系统中自动喷氨逻辑。通过引入机组负荷、脱硝反应器入口烟气氮氧化物的含量等变量,使被调量脱硝反应器出口烟气氮氧化物含量维持在设定值允许范围内。
According to the cascade control method application of denitrification ammonia injection system in Datang Huangdao power plant,this paper introduces the coal-fired power plants denitrification process,basic principle of cascade control system,According to the cascade control system designs the automatic ammonia injection logic,the unit load,De NOx reactor entrance flue gas nitrogen oxide content.The regulated quantity and content of nitrogen oxides NOx reactor outlet gas to maintain value in the set range.
