摘要
直流电阻箱的检定是一个很繁杂的过程。对此基于Lab VIEW软件平台设计并实现了一款实用性的直流电阻自动检定系统。本系统用上位机pc机作为控制设备,安捷伦34420a数字万用表作为电阻测量仪器,通过GPIB总线实现数据的通讯。通过此系统可以实现设备基本信息录入,电阻数值采集,校准结果显示以及检定报表的生成。同时生成的检定报表是以证书编号的形式进行自动保存以便之后查找。经过使用验证,所设计的直流电阻箱自动检定系统实用性高,性能可靠,操作方便,并已被应用到工程实际中。
Verification of dc resistance box is a very complex process. For this reason we designed and implemented a dc resistance automatic verification system that has good practicability based on Lab VIEW software platform. In this system we use the PC as control device, the agilent 34420 a digital multimeter as resistance measuring instrument. We use GPIB as Interface bus to achieve the data collection work. Using this system we can realize the basic information entry of the equipment, acquisition of resistance value.And this system can also showing the calibration results and generating test reports. At the same time, the test reports generated are saved automatically in the form of certificate number so that we can find some reports easily. Through the verification, the dc resistance box automatic verification system that we designed has highly practicability, reliable performance, and has been applied to engineering practice.
