摘要
改革开放以来，法学不仅在理论体系和思想内容上得到了充分发展，而且也成为推动中国改革的一支重要力量。完善中国的法社会学，培育法律在中国社会进程中旺盛的生命力，是摆在每一个法学研究者面前的课题，是落实党的十八届四中全会决议、建设中国社会主义法治的理论梳理，更是中国发展的迫切需要和法治社会的时代召唤。
Since the reform and open policy,the science of law not only obtains the full devel- opment in the theoretical system and on the ideological content, but also becomes the vital power to promote the reform of China. How to better perfect the Chinese sociology of law and cultivate the vigorous vitality of law in the process of Chinese society is an issue presen- ted in front of each law researcher. It is also the theory study focusing on how to carry out the resolution of the fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China Central Committee and to build a socialist country under the rule of law. It is the urgent need of the development of China and the call of era of the society ruled by law as well.
