胸部孤立性纤维瘤20例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 孤立性纤维瘤又称局限性纤维性肿瘤或间皮下纤维性肿瘤，临床较少见，最初由Klemperer等在1931年报道，主要发生在胸膜，也可源于肺实质及纵隔，其他部位如皮肤、鼻、咽、眼眶、乳腺、肝脏、腹膜神经系统也有发生。本研究收集了经中国医科大学附属第一医院胸外科手术治疗的20例胸部孤立性纤维瘤患者的临床资料，分析其临床表现、影像学特点及病理学特征，以进一步提高对本病的认识。
