摘要
因为现代9F燃机主厂房力能布置采用的都是厂家标准设计,燃气轮发电机上部只有1台10 t单梁起重机作为将来机组检修时燃气轮发电机的主力吊机,而发电机转子有53 t,正式起重机无法满足发电机穿转子的需求,所以,需要利用平台和门架完成穿转子工作。课题研究的应用技术主要是为了延长燃气轮发电机穿转子准备阶段的时间,保证穿转子工作能够安全、有序地完成。
