摘要
为改善酚醛树脂的耐热性和韧性,利用钼酸铵和丁腈橡胶对酚醛树脂进行复合改性,采用正交试验法,找到最佳合成工艺为:醛酚物质的量比1∶1.2,反应温度90℃,反应时间2 h,钼酸铵和丁腈橡胶加入量分别为3%和4%。对复合改性后的酚醛树脂进行了热重和傅立叶变换红外光谱测试分析,结果表明钼元素和丁腈橡胶中的柔性链段以化学方法进入酚醛树脂的结构中,使树脂的耐热性和韧性都得到改善,且初始分解温度达到了370℃,高出未改性普通酚醛树脂约120℃。
To improve the heat resistance and toughness of phenolic(PF)resin, both ammonium molybdate and nitrile rubber were applied to modify PF resin. By using orthogonal experiment method, optimal synthesis process is found : the moral ratio of formaldehyde to phenol is 1.2, the reaction temperature is 90℃, the reaction time is 2 h, ammonium molybdate and nitrile rubber are added 3% and 4% respectively. The results of thermogravimetric analysis and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of modified PF resin show that molybdenum and flexible chain of nitrile rubber are bonded to PF resin through chemical methods, the heat resistance and toughness of PF resin are improved significantly, the initial degradation temperature of modified PF resin reach 370qE, 120℃ higher than that of ordinary unmodified PF resin.
