摘要
阐述了基层图书馆读者活动创新的必要性,探讨了基层图书馆读者活动的创新原则,并从转变观念、提升读者活动地位、强化读者活动策划统筹机制、改变读者活动的管理模式、丰富图书馆读者活动内容及积极创建读者活动园地5个方面,提出了基层图书馆读者活动的创新策略。
This paper expounds the necessity for the grassroots library to carry out the reader activity,probes into the innovation principles of grassroots library＇s reader activity, and from five aspects of transforming the concept,ascending the status of readers activity, strengthening the overall planning mechanism of readers activity, changing the management mode of readers activity, enriching the content of readers activity and creating the field of readers activity, puts forward the innovation strategies for grassroots library＇s reader activity.
