摘要
观察了7个周至足月胚胎的葡萄膜发育。虹膜前表面的细胞未见到有基底膜和细胞连接。该类细胞的形态和纤维细胞相同。Bruch膜在出生时已具有成人所有的层次,即色素上皮基底膜、前胶原区、弹力纤维层、后胶原区及脉络膜毛细血管基底膜。
The development of the uvea of the human eyes was studied in theembryos and fetuses, dating from seventh week to term. No intercellularjunction and basement lamina were seen around the cells at the front surfaceof the iris. At term, the composition of the Bruch's membrane was just likethat in adults, i. e. basement lamina of the pigment epithelium, innercollagenous zone, middle elastic fiber layer, outer collagenous zone and thebasement lamina of the choriocapillaries.
