摘要
测试了原油上油和乳液上油制得的锦纶6的断裂强度、密度和双折射率,分析了两种上油方式对锦纶6大分子结构的影响,并解释了原油上油比乳液上油所得到纤维强度高的原因。
The tensile strength, density and birefringence of polyamide 6 fiber which oiled by crude oil and emulsion oil are tested. The influences of the two oiling methods on the macromolecular structure of polyamide 6 fiber are analyzed. The reason of the tensile strength of polyamide 6 fiber oiled by crude oil higher than the emulsion oil sample is explaned.
