摘要
目的探究循证护理模式在难产产妇助产中的临床作用效果。方法选择自2012年1月至2014年1月到我院生产的出现难产症状的产妇80名作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对两组难产产妇均提供传统的难产护理的同时对观察组实施以循证护理模式加以干预,分别对两组产妇在生产时的身体状况、心理状态、生产过程、出血量、新生儿是否发生窒息情况以及生产结束后的母乳喂养状况等进行比较。结果与对照组相比较,采取了循证护理干预的难产产妇在心理状体母乳喂养状况方面均优于对照组,表现出了明显的优势,生产时间较短,新生儿出现窒息的比例较低,产后出血的发生明显降低,各项数据经比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在难产产妇的护理中具有显著的优势,针对产妇的心理状态及身体条件采取了相应的护理措施,使新生儿窒息发生数目大大减少,降低了进行剖宫手术的需要,缩短了难产产妇的生产时间,而且提高了母乳喂养的成功率,产妇对护理干预的效果啊也很满意,说明循证护理模式在临床中具有很重要的使用价值。
Objective To explore the evidence- based nursing model in childbirth puerpera clinical effect of midwifery.Methods From January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital in the production of the Labour and the symptoms of maternal 80 as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the two groups during childbirth puerpera provide traditional childbirth care for observation group intervention to evidence- based nursing mode,respectively on two groups in the production of maternal health,psychological status,production process,whether the bleeding,newborn asphyxia happens and conditions after the production of breastfeeding. Results In the control group,compared to the evidence- based nursing intervention during childbirth puerpera in psychological shape body of maternal breastfeeding conditions are superior to control group,showed obvious advantages,the production time is shorter,appear newborn asphyxia is low,the proportion of the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage decreased obviously,the data were compared with statistical significance. Conclusion Evidence- based nursing intervention in nursing during childbirth puerpera has significant advantages,in the light of the psychological state of maternal and physical condition to take the corresponding nursing measures,greatly reduce the number in the neonatal asphyxia,reduces the need of cutting palace surgery,shorten the production time of childbirth puerpera,and improve the success rate of breastfeeding,maternal ah also very satisfied,on the effects of nursing intervention in clinical evidence- based nursing mode has very important use value.
