摘要
为促进盾构隧道工程生命周期各阶段之间的信息共享,建立统一的盾构隧道信息管理标准,对IFC标准进行了盾构隧道结构相关的扩展,提出了基于IFC标准的盾构隧道数据模型。通过对现有的IFC标准中关于工程对象描述方法的分析,确定了扩展的方向和范围。选取盾构隧道管片结构为研究对象,结合盾构隧道结构的特点,在现有IFC标准关于空间结构定义的基础上,建立隧道整体、隧道分部、衬砌空间和管片环等逐级细化的空间结构表达;在现有IFC标准关于物理元素描述的基础上,重点建立管片块的物理元素表达;为空间和物理结构建立包含其常见属性的属性集合并通过关系实体将建立的各类描述实体、属性集合之间建立关联关系。通过上述针对盾构隧道的IFC扩展,实现了基于IFC的盾构隧道信息模型的数据表达,为建立盾构隧道信息模型提供了数据组织结构和存储标准,有助于实现岩土工程信息化。
In order to promote information sharing between the phases of shield tunnel engineering lifecycle and build a uniform information management standard for shield tunnel engineering,IFC standard is extended by adding relevant entities of shield tunnel structure and a IFC-based shield tunnel structure data model is proposed. By analyzing the description method for engineering objects in existing IFC standard,the extension direction and scope were determined. Choosing the segment of shield tunnel as the object of study and combining the characteristic of shield tunnel structure,a step by step system of spatial structure of shield tunnel was built based on the definition of spatial structure in existing IFC standard,including tunnel,tunnel part,lining space,ring space and so on. As the main objective,the physical description of segment block was built. Property set of these spatial and physical structure entities were set up containing their general properties. The relationship among these entities and property set was established to connect them together. By means of the extension for shield tunnel above,the data representation of shield tunnel information model based on IFC standard is achieved,the results in this paper offer the data organization structure and storage standard for shield tunnel information modelling,and will contribute to the informatization of geotechnical engineering.
