摘要
世纪盛荟广场[新闸路(西斯文里)项目]东侧邻近地铁区间隧道,深基坑工程围护结构已施工完成,现场抽水试验结果表明坑内外仍存在较明显水文联系,为确保基坑开挖的安全及对地铁隧道和周边建筑的保护,设计采用TRD工法作为新增止水帷幕隔断7层承压含水层。现场进行了原位试成墙试验以确定施工参数,并在正式施工阶段对地铁隧道进行补充检测,优化施工参数,最终控制坑外土体分层沉降量在5mm以内,满足地铁监护的要求。新增TRD止水帷幕有效的隔断了承压含水层,且施工过程对周边环境的影响较小,在环境敏感地带采用TRD工法技术是一种可靠的选择。
The metro tunnel is adjacent to the east side of the Century Shenghui Square( Xinzha Road Project)deep excavation project. The construction of containment structures of the Century Shenghui Square had already been completed,but the pumping tests showed that there were obvious hydraulic connection between inside and outside foundation pit confined water. In order to make sure the safety of excavation and protect the metro tunnel and surrounding buildings,the TRD method( cement-soil wall with uniform thickness) is used as the new cut-off curtain to cut the hydraulic relationship from 7th confined aquifer. The construction parameters are adjusted and optimized during the wall tests on the site and construction of the wall. The final maximum layered soil settlement is within 5mm from the wall. Therefore,the influence of the wall construction meets the requirements of the metro. The new-added TRD cut-off curtain cut the hydraulic relationship with confined aquifer successfully,and the influence of TRD cut-off curtain construction on the surrounding is limited. The TRD method is quiet suitable to complicated situaion.
