摘要
结合上海湖南路9号地块住宅项目基坑围护的设计与施工,探讨了在周边环境复杂条件下,在城市中心区原有建筑物的位置上重建工程,其旧地下室拆除应针对工程特点和考虑周边环境的因素,与基坑围护协同设计与施工,选择合适的施工方法和施工流程,以确保基坑围护安全、周边环境保护和加快工程进度。现场实测基坑与建筑物位移较小,均在可控范围内,整个设计与施工过程达到了安全、可靠、经济的目标,表明旧地下室拆除与基坑围护协同设计与施工的岩土工程复杂问题处理方法及成功实施经验,可以为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
Based on the foundation pit enclosure design and construction experience of the residential building at Lot No. 9 at Hunan road,Shanghai this essay discussed the methodology to implement reconstruction of buildings on the original location at the center of the city,whereas its surrounding environment was under complex conditions. The demolishing scheme of its old basement should have the specific characteristics of the whole project and the surrounding environmental factors in consideration. During the implementation of the basement demolishing,with which the foundation pit enclosure design & construction should be applied collaboratively. In addition,in order to ensure the safety of foundation pit enclosure,surrounding environmental protection,and to speed up the construction schedule,the appropriate construction methods and construction process are of vital importance. Only minor displacement was measured between the foundation pit and the building,showing that the process was well controlled.The whole process of design and construction achieved high degree of safety,reliability and was cost effective,most importantly,showing the capability about the collaboration of the basement demolishing and the foundation pit enclosure design and construction,this successful experience has a reference value to the future relevant construction projects.
