摘要
以地应力方向和大小显著影响井巷围岩稳定性为基本出发点,依据地应力场的实测结果,研究了不同围岩应力分布条件下立井井筒开挖后围岩松动范围及稳定性特征。以内蒙古某矿井巷工程为背景,运用FLAC3D有限差分数值计算软件,研究了井筒不同间距及沿不同地应力方向布置时的围岩应力和位移分布规律。研究表明:井筒开挖后围岩松动呈长轴沿最大地应力方向的椭圆形分布;井筒沿最小水平地应力方向布置为最有利方向;井筒沿最不利方向布置的合理间距为150 m。
Based on the measurement results of the in-situ stress field,the loose range and stability feature of vertical shaft after excavation is studied under different stress distribution in surrounding rock,considering that the direction and magnitude of the in situ stress will significantly affect the stability of surrounding rock in roadway. A mine in Inner Mongolia was considered in the presentation using finite difference software FLAC3 D. The distribution law of the stress and displacement in surrounding rock under different shaft spacing and layout directions was got.Research indicates that the loose range in the surrounding rock after shaft excavation was elliptic distribution in which the long axis is along the orientation of maximum in-situ stress. Furthermore,it was advantageous to design the shaft along the minimum horizontal in-situ stress and the reasonable shaft spacing was 150 m when shaft along the most unfavorable direction arrangement.
