改良无管化微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术治疗肾结石的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨改良无管化(即术后不带造瘘管,5~7天拔除尿管并随丝线带出双J管,完全不带管出院)微造瘘经皮。肾镜取石术(mini—PCNL)治疗肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析mini—PCNI。治疗肾结石患者56例,男38例,女18例,1.5cm≤结石直径≤3.0cm。结果:mini-PCNL治疗肾结石术中出血量约为(55土30)ml,手术时间平均51.6min。49例患者一次取石成功;7例复查见小残石,对〉0.6cm结石辅以ESWL治疗,对≤0.6cm结石则随访观察。术后患者住院时间6~8d。结论imini-PCNL治疗。肾结石安全有效,结石清除率高,并发症少,可极大地减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广使用。 Objective.. To observe clinical therapeutic effect and safety of tubeless mini-percutaneous nephro- lithotomy (mini-PCNL) for kidney stones. Method..We reviewed and analyzed 56 cases undergoing mini-PCNL in- cluding 38 males and 18 females. Stone diameter ranged from 1.5 cm to 3.0 cm. Result .. The blood loss of the sur- gery was (55+30) ml, and the average operation time was 51.6 minute. Totally 49 cases experienced successful stone extraction, but seven cases were found small residual stones by check-up after the surgery. Then ESWL was used for stones larger than 0.6 cm. Stones less than 0.6 cm should be followed up. Postoperative hospital stay was 6-8 d. Conclusion.. Mini-PCNL for kidney stones is safe and effective with high stone-free rate and few compli- cation. It is worth clinical promotion for it can greatly reduce the patients" pain.
