摘要
为延长余热锅炉的使用寿命确保安全运行,介绍了目前硅铁矿热炉余热发电采用的主要除氧工艺,分析了各种除氧工艺的特点和效果,提出了适合硅铁余热发电的除氧工艺,并就各种除氧工艺对余热发电的影响进行了分析,为硅铁矿热炉余热发电除氧工艺的选型提供参考,同时,也为类似参数余热发电系统除氧工艺的选择提供借鉴。
In order to prolong the use life of waste heat boiler and safely operate, introduced the main deoxyprocess used in ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace cogeneration engineering, analyzed the feature and effect of various deoxyprocesses, put forward the deoxyprocess that fits for ferrosilicon cogeneration, analyzed its influence on cogeneration, provided the reference for the type selection of ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace cogeneration deoxyproeess, and also for the deoxyprocess selection of cogeneration with similar parameters.
