摘要
为充分利用矿物中的有用元素,降低镍铬合金钢的冶炼成本,通过采用高炉法、电碳热法、电硅热法等工艺对铬矿、高铬镍矿、高铁含铬镍矿产生的影响进行详尽分析,为缩短工艺流程和物料运输环节、实现全流程热装直接冶炼镍铬合金钢母液降低冶炼电耗、提高综合冶炼效益提供了依据。
To fully employ useful elements in ore, decrease nickel chromium steel smelting cost, it makes detail analysis of the influence on chrome ore, high chrome nickel ore and high iron nickel ore with chrome by means of adopting blast furnace method, electrocarbothermie method and electrosilieothermic method respectively, points out measures which shorten process flow and material transportation, realizes whole hot charging, smelts nickel chromium steel mother liquor directly and provide the basis for improving overall benefits and lowering power consumption.
