摘要 制动能量回收和再利用是提高电动车辆续驶里程的有效措施,为了进一步提高制动能量回收效果,研究了再生制动的能耗特性。通过数学建模仿真,分析了能量传递路径的能耗对回收效率的影响,得到了制动控制系统、传动系统、能量回收系统等能量消耗率与回收率之间的函数关系。研究结果表明:降低系统能量消耗率可以有效提高能量回收效果,为整车及制动能量回收系统参数匹配提供了理论依据。 The recycling and reuse of braking energy were an effective measure to improve the trip range of electric vehicles. In order to improve the effect of braking energy recovery,the characteristics of regenerative braking energy consumption were investigated. Through mathematical modeling and simulation,the effect of energy consumption of the energy transfer path on the recovery efficiency was analyzed. The function relationship between energy recovery and consumption of systems,such as the brake control system,transmission system and energy recovery system,was obtained. The results show that reducing the system energy consumption can effectively improve the effect of energy recovery. Theoretical basis is provided for the parameters matching of vehicle and braking energy recovery system.
