摘要
作者在本实验条件下建立了生物材料中微量硒的荧光测定方法,并测定了给予常备饲料以及增补0.03、0.1和0.5ppm亚硒酸钠的大鼠五种主要组织和全血硒含量。硒在正常大鼠体内的分布状态为肾>肝>血>心>脑>肌。增补不同剂量后,组织和血液均有不同程度硒的保留,且为剂量所依赖的。亚硒酸钠对ISP所致实验性心肌损害影响的初步研究结果表明,在本实验剂量条件下,硒对心肌损害无保护作用。
The determination of submicrogram amounts of selenium in biological mcterial has been established in our laboratory. The selenium concentration has also been measured in five major tissues and the whole blood of rate fed in 'the usual way as well as in those supplemented with 0.03, 0.1 and 0.5ppm sodium selenite. The present data show that selenium normally distribute in kidney>liver>blood>heart>brain]>muscle. Supplemented by different doses, the tissues and the blood will retain different amounts of selenium. Retained amounts of selenium depend on the doses given. Our expremental work has also supported the impression that selenium does not play a protective role in myocardial lesion.
