摘要
目的了解某精神专科医院治疗精神障碍基本药物应用现状,为国家基本药物的合理应用提供参考依据。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量（DDD）方法,对该院2012-2014年治疗精神障碍基本药物的使用状况进行统计分析。结果2012-2014年该院国家基本药物品种、销售金额构成比变化不大,基本药物品种为23种,使用金额比例分别为44.12%、42.86%和44.96%。三年来基本药物销售金额排序前10位的药品以抗精神病药物为主,其中以氯硝西泮、利培酮、氯氮平DDDs较高,相应DDC较低。结论基本药物的配备率和应用水平有待进一步提高,使广大患者获益。
OBJECTIVE To investigate utilization of essential psychotherapeutic agents in a psychiatric hospital,so as to provide reference for rational application of national essential drugs. METHODS The application of essential psychotherapeutic agents in the psychiatric hospital from 2012 to 2014 was statistical analyzed,with reference to defined daily dose（ DDD） recommended by WHO.RESULTS No significant changes were found in drug varieties and consumption sum proportion of national essential drugs from 2012 to 2014. Twenty-three national essential drugs were used,accounted for 44.12%,42.86% and 44.96% of total consumption sum from2012 to 2014,respectively. The antipsychotics took a big share in the top 10 drugs of consumption sum in 2012 to 2014. Clonazepam,risperidone and clozapine had a high DDDs and low DDC in those years. CONCLUSION The possession rate and utilization of essential psychotherapeutic agents should be further improved to benefit a majority of patients.
