摘要
针对载重车原始支腿横梁连接方案存在的不足,提出三种优化方案,利用有限元分析软件Algor对载重车支腿横梁与车架连接的不同方案进行静力学分析、对比,选择最佳连接方案,优化支腿横梁连接结构。优化后的支腿横梁连接结构强度安全系数提高了120%,最大变形量减少了0.8%。
Aiming at the problems in the original connecting structure between support-leg crossbeam and frame, three optimization schemes are put forward. In order to find out the best connecting solution, static analysis is performed to compare different connecting solution between support-leg crossbeam and frame based on Algor. The results show that the factor of strength safety increase 120% and the maximum deflection decreases 0.8%.
