摘要
目的观察品管圈活动改进经口气管插管患者口腔护理质量的效果。方法成立品管圈,确立改进经口气管插管患者口腔护理质量为主题,通过现状调查、分析气管插管患者口腔卫生状况差的原因,拟定对策并实施措施开展品管圈活动。结果品管圈活动后经口气管插管患者口腔卫生状况优于活动前,齿间污垢、食物碎屑残留、口腔异味、口腔炎发生率均明显少于活动前,呼吸机相关肺炎发生率明显低于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动不仅有效改善了气管插管患者口腔卫生状况,而且提高了护理人员解决问题的能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities on improvement in oral trachea cannula patients＇ mouth care quality.Methods Quality control circle was set up.The research was to improve the quality of mouth care for the patients with oral trachea cannula.By researching and analyzing the cause of poor oral hygiene,strategy should be formulated to start the quality control circle afterwards.Results The quality of oral hygiene for patients with oral trachea cannula is much better than before.Dirt between the teeth is sharply less than before.The same results were obvious for food debris,oral odour,stomatitis,and ventilator associated pneumonia.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality control circle activity not only effectively improves trachea cannula patients＇ oral hygiene status,but also develops nursing personnel＇ability to solve problems.
