沥青摊铺机找平系统是该设备核心的装置,研究其机理对提高路面施工质量有十分重要的作用。本文介绍了摊铺机自动找平系统的发展现状及趋势,同时根据施工过程中出现的问题对影响找平的因素,特别是对行走速度与夯锤振捣频率对找平系统的影响进行了分析。
Asphalt paver leveling system is the core device of the unit, so it is important to study its mechanism for improving the quality of roadbed construction. This article describes the development status and trends of paver automatic leveling system, and according to the problems in construction process analyzes the factors affecting the leveling, especially the effect of walking speed and vibration frequency of the hammer on the leveling system.
