摘要
家庭用户是有线数字电视机顶盒终端的使用者,也是有线网络运营商基于机顶盒开展各项业务的最终消费者,其需求决定着有线数字机顶盒产业链上各相关技术产业的业态发展。本研究通过抽样问卷调查对全国家庭用户的有线数字机顶盒及业务需求进行调研,运用统计方法从使用行为、认知程度、满意程度、业务需求和付费意愿五个维度对用户需求进行了量化分析,研究了有线数字电视机顶盒及业务的优势及不足,提出了用户需求导向的发展方向。
Domestic users are the most important consumers of the digital set-top box for cable television and its service. Their demands decide related technology development in the industrial chain of the digital set-top box . We did a questionnaire survey among Chinese domestic users based on random sampling method, and did a quantitative analysis to identify the demand from the using behaviors, degree of awareness, degree of satisfaction, demand of the services and their willingness to pay. We have analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the digital set-top box for cable television and its service.We put forward the users' demand-oriented strategy for development.
