摘要
连续厂拌式碾压混凝土基层在国内应用较少,尚未形成完善的施工工艺。对广乐高速公路LM2标碾压混凝土基层的原材料选择、配合比设计优化、施工质量控制要点进行了分析。实践表明,在有效控制细集料含水量、含泥量指标的条件下,连续厂拌式碾压混凝土基层使用效果良好,路面使用性能优良。
Continuous mix plant RCC base has been rarely used in China, which has not yet formed a comprehensive construction technology. In this paper, the selection of raw materials, mix design, optimization of construction quality control for RCC base of Contract No. LM2 of Guangle Expressway have been analyzed. The practice has shown that, with effective control of the fine aggregate content, clay content index under the condition of continuous mix plant, the roller-compacted concrete pavement base could reach good results and excellent performance.
