摘要
阐述土地出让制度在共有产权房中的应用,从建设模式、运营管理模式、退出机制三个层面提出基于土地年租制的共有产权房应用模式,并初步分析其可行性,为我国共有产权房的发展提供新的思路。
Based on the analysis of the existing land system in the application of mutual property right housing (MPRH),this paper proposes the application mode of MPRH based on annual land rent system from construction mode,operation management mode and exit mechanism. Moreover,it conducts a preliminary feasibility analysis of this mode. The research result provides a new thought for the development of MPRH.
