摘要
利用无水哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体,均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为油相单体,采用界面聚合的方式制得的聚哌嗪酰胺复合纳滤膜,并考察其脱盐性能。结果表明,在单独的Na Cl体系中,截留率随着Na Cl含量的升高而降低;在单独的SO42-体系中的截留率随SO42-含量的增加稳定在97%左右。进一步对Na Cl和Na2SO4的混合体系考核,对Cl-的截留率小于5%,对SO42-的截留率约为98%。说明该纳滤膜可用于分离高含量卤水中的Na2SO4(卤水脱芒硝)。
Composite nanofiltration(NF) membrane was prepared through interfacial polymerization using piperazine and trimesoyl chloride as monomers.The separation performance of the membrane for single salt was tested. With an increasing concentrationof salt, the rejection declines when dealing Cl^-,while remain relatively stable when dealing SO4^2-. For mixed salts(Cl^- and SO4^2-) the membrane show Cl^- rejection of less than 5% and SO4^2-rejection of about 98%. The results show that, the NF membrane prepared could be used in separating Na2SO4(mirabilite) from brine.
