摘要
目的：探讨胸腺肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床效果。方法选择2012年3月~2014年3月本院复发性生殖器疱疹患者106例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组53例。对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗，观察组给予胸腺肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗。观察两组患者疱疹和症状消失时间、复发情况及治疗效果。结果观察组疱疹及症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组平均复发次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胸腺肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹能减少复发次数，治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thymosin combined with acyclovir in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods 106 cases with recurrent genital herpes were selected from March 2012 to March 2014,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given acyclovir,the observa-tion group was given thymosin combined with acyclovir.The disappeared time of herpes and symptoms,recurrence and curative effect between two groups were observed. Results The disappeared time of herpes and symptoms in observation group was shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The mean recurrence times in observation group was shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of thymosin combined with acyclovir can reduce the recurrence of recurrent genital herpes,the treatment effect is significant.
