摘要
经济新常态对江苏产业结构调整提出了全新的要求。为了适应新常态,推动经济社会可持续发展,近年来江苏围绕产业结构调整进行了积极探索,产业结构在呈现高度化、合理化、国际化、低碳化等显著特征的同时,也面临着诸多的现实矛盾与发展困境。鉴于此,江苏的产业结构调整可通过实施创新驱动战略,培育特色产业集群,坚持低碳发展模式等路径提升产业竞争优势,引领产业升级发展。
The new normal to the industrial structure adjustment of Jiangsu put forward new re- quirements. In order to adapt to the new normal, to promote economic and social sustainable devel- opment, in recent years, Jiangsu has carried out a positive exploration of industrial structure adjust- ment, industrial structure is highly oriented, rationalization, internationalization, low carbon and other significant features, but also faces many difficulties and development difficulties. In view of this, the Jiangsu industrial structure adjustment through the implementation of innovation driven strategy, foster the characteristics of industrial clusters, adhere to the path of low-carbon develop- ment model to enhance the industrial competitive advantage, leading the development of industrial upgrading.
