摘要
肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种由多因素引起的肠道功能紊乱,有腹痛、腹胀、腹部不适并伴随排便习惯的改变。近年来该病的发病率逐渐升高,严重影响患者的生活质量,但因其病因及发病机制尚未明确,目前治疗状况并不乐观。IBS本身具有慢性、复发性的特点,且相当一部分IBS患者并未选择前往医院进行系统治疗,这又给IBS的治疗增加了难度。近年来,随着生物-心理-社会疾病模式的发展,精神心理因素对IBS的影响越来越受到关注。
Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） is an intestinal dysfunction caused by multiple factors,and it＇s accompanied by abdominal pain, bloating, abdominal discomfort, and changes in bowel habit. In recent years, the gradually increased incidence of the disease has seriously affected the quality of life, however, because of the etiology and pathogenesis are not yet clear,the current treatment situation is not optimistic. IBS itself has the characteristics of chronic and recurrent, and quite a number of IBS patients do not choose to go to hospital for systemic treatment,which also increases the difficulty for the treatment of IBS. With the development of biopsyehosoeial disease model, more and more attention is being paid to the influence of mental factors on IBS.
