摘要 通过对高频电连接器安装板的成型工艺分析,确定了该注塑模具的整体结构。重点介绍了分型面的选择,侧向分型与抽芯机构、推出机构的设计。根据塑件的结构特点,该模具采用3次分型,2次推出,使塑件顺利脱模又保证塑件精度要求。实践证明,该模具结构设计合理,生产效率高,成型出的塑件质量好。 The forming process of mounting plates of high frequency electric couplers was analyzed and the structure of injection mold was decided. The selection of parting surfaces was introduced. The side-parting core-pulling mechanism and ejecting mechanism were designed. Based on structural features of plastic parts, three partings and two detrusions were adopted, which led to smooth demolding and high accuracy. Practice had proven that the mold structure was reasonable and production efficiency was high.
