摘要
为满足刮板运输机中部槽槽帮材料的强韧性要求,研究了添加Cr、Mo、V等合金元素的低合金高强度铸钢经不同的调质处理后的力学性能。结果表明,合金元素的添加对铸钢的强度有一定的强化作用,但使其塑性和韧性相对有所降低。ZG26Si Mn Mo V铸钢在920℃水淬条件下可获得良好的力学性能,强度基本保持在1000 MPa以上,硬度保持在300~350 HBS范围,经580℃回火后综合力学性能最优,伸长率达18.5%,室温冲击吸收能量达40 J以上,适合用作中部槽槽帮材料。
In order to meet the requirements of strength and toughness of the central trough ledge of armored face conveyor,the mechanical properties of low alloy cast steel with the addition of Cr,Mo,V alloying elements after different quenching and tempering treatment processes were investigated. The results show that the addition of alloying elements is helpful to increase the strength of cast steel,but it also leads to the decrease of plasticity and toughness. The ZG26 Si Mn Mo V cast steel can obtain good mechanical properties after water quenching at920 ℃,the strength can keep over 1000 MPa and hardness in the range of 300-350 HBS and after tempering at 580 ℃,the ZG26 Si Mn Mo V cast steel can get the best comprehensive mechanical properties,the elongation is 18. 5% and the impact absorbed energy exceeds 40 J. It can be suitable for the central trough ledge material.
