摘要
目前社会需要的不仅仅是技术技能水平高的人才,更重要的是具备较高的综合素质和可持续发展能力,因此职业教育既要培养学生的专业核心能力,更要培养学生的职业核心能力。为了适应现代社会和企业的需求,高等职业院校尤其要对学生职业核心能力的提升给予更多的关注,努力提升学生的职业核心能力水平,使高职院校的人才培养具有更强的针对性和适应性。
The current society needs talents not only with high technology and skill, but with comprehensive quality and sustainable development, so vocational education should not only cultivate the students＇ professional core ability, but cultivate the students＇ vocational core ability. To adapt to the requirements of modern society and enterprises, higher vocational colleges should especially pay attention to the improvement of student vocational core ability, improve the core ability and make the trained talents have more pertinence and adaptability.
