摘要
以江西旅游商贸职业学院与顺丰速运江西分公司校企共建生产性实训基地为例,提出了高职院校应当遵循教育规律,以市场为导向,紧密联系与专业对口的优质企业,加大对生产性实训基地的投入,不断改善生产性实训基地的各种条件,创新经营模式,完善考核评价机制,积极探索各具特色的高职院校校内生产性实训基地建设新模式。
In this paper, with the productive practical training base jointly developed by the Jiangxi Tourism and Commerce Vocational College and the SF Express Jiangxi Company as example, we proposed that the higher vocational colleges should follow the intrinsic pattern of education, heed the demand of the market, tighten their association with high quality enterprises of matching professional demand, increase input in the pro- ductive practical training bases, constantly improve the facilities of the bases, innovate their operational modes and evaluation and assessment sys- tems, and explore innovative mode in the construction of such bases.
