摘要
在比较研究国内外物流职业资历架构的基础上,基于胜任能力模型研究,确定基于物流从业人员胜任能力模型的能力单元,研发出符合国内物流发展和人才培养需求的Logis物流资历架构,并深入研究以Logis物流资历架构为基础的全新数字化教学资源的开发与应用,结合终身学习理念构建以能力单元为基础的终身学习体系。
In this paper, on the basis of a comparative study on the domestic and foreign logistics occupational qualification systems, and according to the post competence model, we determined the competence unit of the post competence model of the logistics, developed the Logis logistics qualification system which suited the logistics practice and talent demand in China, studied in-depth the brand new digitized teaching resource development and application based on the Logis logistics occupational qualification system, and at the end, built the lifetime study sys- tem on the basis of the competence unit.
