摘要
目的探讨连续康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者的护理效果。方法选取2013年7月~2015年7月80例在我院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组患者40例患者。给予对照组患者实施常规护理,给予观察组患者实施连续康复护理,对比两组患者护理状况。结果护理后对比两组FMA运动功能、Barthel指数评分,P〈0.05差异具有统计学意义。其中对照组患者中,6例复发,19例依从,4例比较依从,11例不依从,服药依从率72.5%。对照组患者对应数据分别为1例、23例、12例、4例、90.0%,观察组患者服药依从率高于对照组,而且疾病复发病例少,P〈0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论连续康复护理干预可改善脑卒中偏瘫临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention on the patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy who were treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group were given continuous rehabilitation nursing,compared with the two groups of patients with nursing. Results After nursing,compared with the two groups of FMA motor function,barthel index score of P〈0.05,the difference was significant. Among the control group,6 cases had recurrence,19 cases had compliance,4 cases had compliance,11 cases did not comply,the medication compliance rate was 72.5%. The control group of patients with the corresponding data were 1 cases,23 cases,12 cases,4 cases,90%,the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the recurrence of the disease was less,P〈0.05. Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.
