摘要
目的分析中药处方调剂中影响疗效的常见因素,评价针对性改进策略实施效果。方法改进前纳入患者7 218例,改进调剂工作后纳入患者7 912例,对比相关指标。结果改进后,差错率低于改进前,疗程延长发生率、不良反应发生率低于改进前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药处方调剂各个流程均可影响疗效,需进行针对性的改进。
Objective To analyze the common factors affecting the efficacy of chinese herbal medicine prescriptions,and to evaluate the effect of targeted improvement. Methods Before the improvement,7 218 patients were included,and 7 912 patients were included in the adjustment work,and the correlation index was compared. Results After the improvement,the error rate was lower than before,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that before the improvement,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine prescription dispensing each process can affect the curative effect,need to carry on the improvement.
