城市规划设计的技术簇群与培养途径研究--基于一级学科的视角 被引量:7

摘要 城乡规划成为一级学科之时,也正值我国进入转型发展的关键阶段,迫切需要建立相对完善的城市规划设计技术框架,并进行相应的教学培养。本文阐述了职业规划师应具备的各类规划编制技术,并结合城市规划编制的过程式、阶段性特点,相应地将规划编制技术划分为五个技术簇群,并将规划编制技术的培养融入规划教学课程之中,如此既可以丰富既有教学体系,又能建立完整的技术结构。在此基础上,帮助学生建立完善的构建、学习新技术的能力,以促进规划设计技术的不断进步。 China is at a critical stage of economic restructuring while urban-rural planning is upgraded into a first-level discipline. In this context, it is urgent to set up a relatively systematic urban planning and design technique framework and to introduce it to the teaching program. This paper points out that planners should be equipped with all kinds of urban planning compilation techniques, which can be divided into five technique clusters in accordance with their procedural and stage characteristics. It also indicates that to integrate urban planning compilation techniques into the urban planning teaching curriculum can both enrich the teaching system and help students to establish a complete technical structure. On this basis, students are enabled to learn and create new techniques, to push the further improvement of urban planning and design technologies.
