基于瞬态电热技术微尺度材料热扩散率的测量

Measurement of thermal diffusivity of microscale materials based on transient electrothermal technique

摘要 为测量微尺度材料的热扩散率,研究了瞬态电热技术,根据该技术搭建微尺度材料热物性参数的测量装置,并测量铂丝和镍铬丝的热扩散率.实验表明,该装置能够对微尺度材料的热扩散率进行精准测量. In order to measure the thermal diffusivity of microscale materials effectively,the transient electrothermal technique is studied in the paper,and a measuring device microscale thermal parameter is build for measuring thermal diffusivity of platinum wires and nickelchromium wires.Experimental results show that the device is capable of taking an accurate measurement of thermal diffusivity of microscale materials.
