摘要
介绍了覆盆子酮的基本性质以及覆盆子酮的检测方法和应用,综述了近年来以不同原料合成覆盆子酮的工艺,并指出覆盆子酮的发展方向。
The basic properties of raspberry ketone, the methods for testing it and its application are intro- duced, the technologies of synthesizing raspberry ketone developed in recent years are summarized, and the development direction of raspberry ketone is pointed out in this paper.
