摘要
在原有多功能冲洗液配方的基础上,通过优选加重材料与活性材料,研制出针对油基泥浆的WYL型高密度冲洗液。考察了该冲洗液对油基泥浆的冲洗效果、相容性以及对界面胶结强度的影响,并通过X射线衍射和电镜扫描进行了微观分析。实验结果表明,WYL型冲洗液与油基钻井液相容性好,泥饼清除率高,界面胶结强度明显提高,界面胶结良好。
WYL type high density flushing liquid for flushing oil based slurry was developed by choosing weighting material and active material through optimization on the basis of original multi - purpose flushing liquid formulation.
